The milk is produced by monks in the Konyakovo Mountains, Zemene municipality. The animals graze freely in a unique natural environment, fed with high-quality food and forage, far from industrial pollution. That's why the milk is high in fat and has a natural yellow color. No preservatives, stabilizers, powdered milk or other additives are used in its production.
Ingredients: natural whole cow's milk, sourdough.
Storage: At a temperature of 2°C to 6°C, 30 days.
