"Manastirska" sausage is a magnificent combination of traditional craftsmanship and taste, inspired by nature and old culinary wisdom. To make it, we use carefully selected pork meat from the shoulder and shank, which we chop coarsely to preserve the unique texture and juiciness.
Seasoning is carried out with a special combination of green herbal spices, which not only emphasize the qualities of the meat, but also give the sausage a unique and light taste. The added smoky taste is interesting, which surprises with its light aftertaste.
